INTAMSYS PC is an engineering-grade polycarbonate filament designed for strong, rigid, impact-resistant, and heat-resistant functional parts.

Polycarbonate is valued for its combination of mechanical strength, toughness, dimensional stability, and thermal performance. INTAMSYS enhances these properties with an anti-warping formulation developed to improve printing reliability and reduce deformation during the printing process.

The material’s low molding shrinkage and minimal water absorption help printed components maintain consistent dimensions. It also provides excellent weather resistance and long service life, making it suitable for functional prototypes, manufacturing tools, protective housings, brackets, fixtures, and end-use components.

INTAMSYS identifies the material as having flame-retardant and self-extinguishing characteristics. Customers requiring a certified UL94 V-0 polycarbonate should instead evaluate the dedicated INTAMSYS PC-FR material and verify its supporting certification documents.

INTAMSYS PC filament is available in black or white, with a diameter of 1.75 mm. Customers can select either a 1 kg or 3 kg spool.

The material is compatible with the INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT, whose enclosed and heated printing environment supports reliable processing of engineering-grade polycarbonate.
