If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any issues— including damage to the outer packaging—please note this on the delivery confirmation before signing. 

If you’re unable to fully inspect the shipment at the time of delivery but believe there may be an issue, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should any damage be discovered, email clear photos of the affected item and packaging to support@PrimeWorksDepot.com. Once received, we’ll move quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
